What we collect
When you interact with a business's review page (scanning a QR code, sharing a review, or leaving private feedback), we collect what you submit — your review text or rating, any photo you upload, and optional contact details you choose to provide. We also record basic session information (which platform button you clicked, when) so the business can see how their page is performing.
How it's used
Public reviews go to the platform you chose to post them on (Google, Facebook, etc.) — we never publish them ourselves. Private feedback goes only to the business you left it for, as a private ticket, and is never made public. Session data is used solely to show that business aggregate analytics about their own page.
Who it's shared with
We don't sell personal data. Information is shared with the specific business whose review page you used, and with the infrastructure providers that host this service (database and AI providers used to generate review suggestions), solely to operate the service.
Your choices
Providing your name or contact details on the private feedback form is always optional. You can ask the business you interacted with to delete any feedback you submitted to them.
